Carri is the ideal therapist for me. She helps keep me organized and on track with my goals. She has helped me engage more with my logic, reframing many situations without the judgement and vitriol that I initially viewed them with, but in a way that I understand and can totally get on board with. She helps me break down challenges into smaller steps that I can more easily traverse.
